Medtronic’s MiniMed Prices $560 Million IPO at $20 Per Share
Medtronic plc has priced the initial public offering of its diabetes-focused subsidiary, MiniMed Group Inc., at $20.00 per share for 28 million shares. The $560 million carve-out aims to provide the specialized unit with independent capital to compete in the high-growth insulin delivery and monitoring market.
